Order and shipping

Can I change or cancel my order after I've placed it?
Once you have placed an order, the automatic processing begins to prepare the package for shipment as quickly as possible. If your package is already in the advanced shipping process, unfortunately, we can no longer change or cancel the order. Still want a different item? Place a new order or contact our customer service immediately.

Why can't I track my package with the tracking number yet?
Once your package is packed, you will receive a track-and-trace number by email. However, the tracking information will only be available once the shipping carrier has scanned the package at the distribution center.

When will my order be delivered?
Orders placed before 11pm are usually shipped on the same day. Delivery time is generally between 7 and 15 business days.

Can I change the delivery address after placing the order?
If you want to change the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. If your package has not yet been packed, we can change the address for you. However, if it is already ready for shipment, we can no longer make changes.

Payments:

Why haven't I received a confirmation email yet?
You should receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided within a few minutes. If you haven't received an email, please check that you entered your email address correctly or look in your spam folder. If not, please contact us.

Exchange and Returns:

How can I return my product?
Returns are possible within 30 days of receipt. Send an email to info@belleze-london.com to initiate the return process. As you are responsible for return shipping costs, we recommend sending the package with a tracking number and keeping the number safe.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received your return, the refund will be processed within 1-3 business days. If this timeframe has passed and you have not received your refund, please send us a message, and we will be happy to check on this for you.

Have you received my return yet?
You can check yourself with your tracking number to see if we have received your return. You will not receive a separate confirmation from us, but we will process your return within one business day. Important: If you send a package without tracking, you cannot track it. If the package is lost, we will not be able to assist you without a tracking number.
